I'm Anke Van der Aa, a visual artist from Antwerp. In my studio in Deurne, I dedicate my free time to experiment and research. The works you see here emerge from color studies and spontaneous explorations—moments in which I work intuitively, and the dialogue between color, form, and rhythm takes center stage.

I studied painting for four years at the Royal Academy of Fine Arts Antwerp, where I refined my artistic foundation and further deepened my love for painting. My work often begins with experimentation: searching, building layer upon layer, and discovering what color can do in relation to space and feeling.

The prints in this shop are carefully selected works from that process — studies and experiments that have begun to speak for themselves.
